  • Our 9:15 AM classes are now open to Mums & Bubs! We know how important it is to move your body, feel strong, and take some time for yourself—without the stress of finding a babysitter. That’s why we welcome little ones to join you while you pulse it out!

    These sessions we will have you focus on strength, stability, and recovery in a way that’s gentle yet effective. Our instructors are trained in pre/postnatal modifications, ensuring you get a safe and supportive workout as you ease back into movement.
