COURTNEY
At the heart of The Pulse Co is Courtney, a passionate advocate for the art of movement, the functionality of fitness, and the transformative power of Pilates.
Courtney’s passion for movement and fitness began at a young age, with years of training in various sports and more specifically dance. Upon relocating to Sydney to further her professional dance career, Courtney seamlessly transitioned into the realms of Pilates, Barre, and Functional Training. During her time in Sydney, she managed a prominent Pilates and Fitness studio, where she observed and embraced the exceptional standards of Mat Pilates studios on the East Coast. This experience ignited her vision to bring these elevated standards back to her hometown of Adelaide.
With qualifications in Mat Pilates, Barre, and Cert III & IV in Fitness, Courtney has crafted her own distinctive style, challenging sessions that emphasise both technique and fluidity. She is dedicated to ensuring that every participant, regardless of their fitness level, leaves feeling both invigorated and accomplished.
